Meet the boss
Registered Dietitian and Crystal Coast Wellness Founder, Jayme Limbaugh has been working in health and fitness since college. That’s like 20 years! She graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Nutrition, earned two Bachelor's degrees and one Masters degree in Sports Medicine. Always learning, Jayme is a Certified Diabetes Educator, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, Cancer Exercise Specialist, as well as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Other than using her vast medical-based sports and fitness knowledge to become a successful business woman, Jayme cares for others by putting in dietetic hours at the local hospital.
Our favorite thing about Jayme is how “down to earth” and authentic she is. Jayme is also quite the accomplished athlete. She is always pushing herself physically and has completed a half IronMan, 2 marathons, 2 Tuna Run 200 Relays, several half marathons, triathlon sprints, and a local CrossFit competition. She was also victorious in her division in the Wrightsville Beach Sprint Triathlon, won Overall Female in Starting Strength Squat, Deadlift, and Press.

Crystal Coast Wellness and Performance was created to fill the need for educated and motivated Exercise Specialists (Personal Trainers) that work hard to grow and thrive in a field that is uncertain and ever-changing. Statistically, only 25% of Exercise Specialists remain in the field. We want to create an opportunity for exercise and wellness professionals to practice their trade and become the top specialists in their fields, while also providing a livelihood.
