Greek Yogurt Pops
Blend and freeze in forms:
2 cups fruit, defrosted
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Chia Jam
Blend and chill for 4 hours:
2 cups fruit, defrosted and chopped
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
Berry-Infused Coconut Spread
Blend, form into a log, wrap, and refrigerate:
1 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup defrosted, room temperature fruit
Fruit "Nice" Cream
Blend fruit in processor and stir in chips:
2 cups fruit, frozen
1 frozen banana, chopped
2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
