Triple Spice Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 Tbs maple syrup (or other sweetener)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp cloves

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, raw,  chopped

Recipe.


Create Triple Spice Chia Pudding

  1. Stir to combine in a jar, seal the lid then shake vigorously

  2. Refrigerate Minimum 30 minutes but ideally 4 hours or overnight.

  3. Top with granola, nuts, fresh fruit and yoghurt and enjoy!
