Ingredients
1 1/2 lb ground turkey
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
2 cup spinach, chopped and loosely packed
1 tsp fennel seed, crushed
1 tsp ground sage
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup feta cheese cooking spray
